  1. what do they expect you to do to a scooby?? they've built them the same length of time people have modified them, cost cutting is the problem

  4. Me too it has been a nightmare the past couple of weeks hoped it wasnt head related as the engine was just re built in december after a bad knock appeared from the crank
  5. I have changed all pipework and thermostat just to renew it, tye water pump was done with the timing belt in the summer, i have found the leak there was a rubber plug missing from the l/h of the radiator at the bottom so problem seems to be away,

There is a patch under the car everytime i stop thats not coming from the aircon, or the radiator, I just changed the thermostat (Horrendous Job)re bled the system, I changed the pipes as they were looking old so all new clips and pipes from subaru, the radiator seems to be ok I can leave the car sitting for 30-40 mins running fans come on and no over heating, go for a blast on the motorway at constant speed 70-75 come home during 1 min cooldown car overheats

Had pipes changed for the radiator and since then ive had an un findable water leak and slight over heating in traffic, its not the waterpump or expansion bottles, header tank is new and system is bled, it seems to happen after a long journey on the motorway but can last a week just ticking about please help ots doing my nut in scott

  21. It just looks like Subaru have aimed for the USA market with this one, the rear needs a spoiler and a nicer fog light it looks like the type you stick on an import for an MOT then take it back off as you leave the Garage.

  24. Thanks Steve, I think they look good, bit of tireshine and they wont stand out as much, they really do bring out the colour of the car. Hopefully you will rack up a bit more miles now. Speak to you Tuesday Scott
