  1. Hmmph it seems to have decided to fixed itself . It's now boosting to 1.1 bar in every gear . I'll take a photo of the pipework on my next days off work. Just so i know i've plumbed them in correctly. Thanks alot Adam
  2. Hiya Iain, I've connected the bottom hose of the boost solenoid via a t-piece into the hose that comes from the induction system and goes to the charcoal cannister. It still has the restricter pill fitted. I've got a theory tho ............. When i first installed the chip and boost gauge the car was running 0.7 bar. I figured the actuator spring was a bit worn so i tightened the arm a couple of turns until it ran 1 bar. I'm wondering now that if the plastic recirc valve was leaking boost and i tightened the arm to compensate and new valve isn't leaking boost, i'll need to loosen the actuator arm off. Does that sound likely to you ? Lol Army green FTW Cheers Adam
  3. Hi all, I've just fitted an Apexi induction kit and Hks ssqv and seem to have a problem with boost control. It was running 1 bar(chipped Ecu) but now it's sometimes running 0.9 bar or it's sometimes spiking up to 1.4 bar. Has anybody got any ideas whats happening with it ? Cheers Adam
  4. Aye it goes no bad like Wait till you hear the noise it makes now
  5. Hello Quick question........Does the Subaru awd system put the power down in 50/50 split or a 40/60 ? I'm sure i heard somewhere that the 22b is a 30/70 and i got me wondering what the split is on a uk model. Cheers
  6. Caught me It could only have been the Subapoo Anyways Ivor when you bringing your car in to work with you ?
  7. I tried to minimise heatsoak by only cutting the part that faces the front of the car the rest is still sealed .................................... it does sound good tho
  8. Would calipers off a newer subaru be any good to me (the ones that have subaru on them ) I'm assuming there 4 pots They front mounts on scoobynet look decent cheers for pointing me in that direction
  9. It's running a drilled airbox (i.e buchered with a grinder ) and an HKS panel filter just now Cheers
  10. Lol 4 pots are for winners I take it i'd need to cut a hole in the inner wing to fit a frount mount ? I'm no to fussed if i need to remove the AC as thats getting junked anyways
