Just wanted to wish you all well with your cars! The few of you i met are a lovely bunch! all the best for the future. My new mode of transport ..... http://www.likeys.com/acatalog/info_1751.html H

I don't know how much research you have done on the p1 but beware the one at 27k miles if its running its original engine. They are notoriously bad for going pop and needing a bottom end replacement. Mine had an engine replacement and a gear box change under warranty ... apparently the gear boxes were fairly delicate on all of them. None the less that car was the BEST car i have ever owned - good choice! i would swap my RB for another one (and some change ) if i didn't require something practical

Morning People, I'm selling my beastie for a chelsea tractor... i think.... probably.... still waivering a little bit but i won't be coming along w/o my scoob. Have fun! H

Actually i'm not so bad with a grinder, i've chopped many a roof skin off a Nova in my days! ... i might need assistance with the welding it back together though , im rubbish at welding .... I'm always right
-
I'm not sure i want to go down that route now .... what was that about a 'proper car' Shave one tail pipe off and bend the tube a bit and i'm sure you can make it fit
-
So Benjamin ....i shall be dropping the car of tomorrow for its new one of those!! i seem to have a touch of the green eyed monster. That looks lovely! i'm keen to hear how it sounds!

Unless Ben and Big D's lovely wife (who btw made me feel very welcome, please say ta!) also get man flu, you can't blame me!! they were in equal proximity so..... Was nice to meet you all even if it was just a brief wave and hi.. sorry i really was feeling a bit poorly! Will stay to natter next time! Ben i think im in love with your car
-
If its cool i shall pop along for 5 minutes just to say hi and get you all to look at my dash scratch before i look into getting a new dash!

They scratch paintwork i used it once on my corsa VXR (first car i have ever had from brand new in Aug last year, i cleaned it once in a fit of over excitement)
-
Well apologies for dribbling at you then! Subject of drying, i have one of the autoglym flexi blades, that works a treat
-
No car is too dirty hmm .... can i bring a camera to capture the look on your face when you see my car?? the inside is pristine ish, its just the outside, eugh! Good job respecting my cars gender

Can't imagine why i thought you had a silver classic - completely loosing the plot! I'm deadly serious, i just can't believe you are! seriously, he is really really mucky! i used to go to the polish boys in Witney but they left swirl marks on my paint work last time another case of hollow legs! i can eat for england, by all rights i should be the size of a house by now, god bless youth and good genes!

Either you are - Very hungry - Very Bored or - Too nice I would wash the car only under the threat of death/ grevious bodily harm tbh, not what i'd call fun! don't let me put you off though my car would be most grateful. BTW did i see you in Kidlington the other week? someone in a silver classic gave me the most serious nodd and wave i have ever seen i (obviously, nothing less should be expected from me) was right in the middle of munching on a strawberry and had to make the decision between eating and waving, clearly i chose eating and did my best to grin without dribbling!

I'm sure i used the word ' volunteer' Stum450n - yup i should be there on saturday too can't wait, was brilliant last year!! gc8-r - do you do a collection and drop off service?? the car is at home - for that i'll chuck in a McFlurry too!!

Stop upping the stakes here!! dear god your suppposed to barter down not up!! That would indeed in my calculation be cheaper than the polish boys! your on! i have a big pink bag of autoglym everything in my boot, as yet untouched and i've had it for over a year! Chatsworth rally show last year if i recall correctly!!
