Why Oh Why Do People Have To Drive Like Knobs!
crunchie replied to Richie Cross's topic in Scottish Scoobies
Thats a plan. Worth buying an old sh**ter just to let some t**t in a BMW hit you. It always seems to be BMW's! -
Ha had them on the back of the rallye when i got it. Scrubbed half way down the side wall! I love B roads!!
-
Good luck with the project. Looks like youve got your work cut out tho lol. It will be worth it when its finished

I feel the opposite, couldnt wait to get the bloody T1-R's off! Infact i removed them with 4mm left as they were doing my head in! Not even very good in the dry, side wall too soft! Michelin PS-2's all the way, AND they last way longer. I realise however that they dont do PS-2's in your size but they do the Exalto PE2 which i run on my 306 Rallye and they are just as good. http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.pl?deta...&sowigan=So

thats **** mate! sorry to hear about that! if its any concellation i'll be home today!!(if bristows turn up lol) mines parked at the airpark, REALLY REALLY wont be happy if its marked at all, this is the 1st time ive taken the scoob up while ive been offshore. So basically i dont like to park it there but i do get to drive it home cross country from aberdeen to fortwilliam. 160 miles of b-road bliss!!!

much like the prada spec 2, never understood them either lol. Plus they are s@*te in the wet

call me sad if you want but is your o/s/r tyre not on back to front in the 2nd pic??? ps, paint looking good!
-
Joking aside, the ONLY thing you might want off it is the FMIC! Makes mine look good tho so im not bothered. It could be a proton with a transplant??

Apparently your the man when it comes to Whiteline kit. 22mm front ARB, 24mm rear ARB, alloy droplinks all round, anti-lift kit, BC coilovers?? Roads are very bumpy about my way(highlands, just like my own wee private track lol) so didnt want the coilovers to be too stiff. Heard BC are a better ride than Tein's etc?? Thats the plan just now, putting AF re-map off for now till handling sorted. Better fun going fast round corners anyway! Cheers for the help.

Good question, im also thinking of fitting a 22mm ARB to my STi. Does it make the back end skittish?

Just Fitted Hks Sqv, Couple Of Differences?
crunchie replied to cal_type r's topic in Scottish Scoobies
Im not overly impressed with my SSQ either. I thought there would be more of a WRC style "chirp" off it? Dont get me wrong, it is loud, just not what i was expecting...... -

Cheers for that, might see about getting a price for the kit then. Can you recommend anywhere for getting the alignment done in the Glasgow area? -
