    Not so good put another gearbox in it now it has develped some problems it is notchy at low speed sometimes jamming, reverse light not working, steering is goin rock hard, and engine check light came and wouldn`t go over 4500 rpm turns out to be the coolant temp sensor. it the joys of a car that is 16 years old. at least your havin a bit of luck with yours must feel like your driving a rocket with a rocket up its a*** compared to standard

    Nice one Kenny the increase in that wee bit extra power makes all the difference, you'll be grinning from ear to ear, see you on Sat, out of interest have you upgraded the brakes yet

    Yes Bobby big grin, big difference :D;) As for the brakes , I upgraded to Brembo calipers months ago mate ,did all my handling mod's before the power :) See you saturday mate.

    Excellent results Kenny. Not as exclusive a club as it used to be but a nice one to be part of.

    Full 3" exhaust with sports cat downpipe

    Green cotton air filter

    Standard STI headers and uppipe

    That about sums it up, one thing that did not go greatly in my favour was the outside temps at the time bit warm :)

    That's right folks i have breached the 300 Hp mark ;)

    Have to say that this has been a long time coming ,so i have the pleasure to announce i have 347 BHP and 330 Torqueeeeessssss :)

    So a big thanks to David aka DR Motosport for doing the upgrade fitting and for taking the car to Andy Forrest to get it mapped :D

    And thank you Andy for the map and fixing /sorting the couple issues:icon_salut:

    Yea its Aberdeen (well cuminestown - turriff) where i stay but those pics are in the country at my girlfriends parents place.

    Haha its not a deadman, but me having a look at something under the dash i guess..?

    Don't know what i have planned, as i will have to pay the car off first, think its got the PPP fitted already so thats a good start anyway. Can i ge foglight covers from somewhere?

    Ah i thought it had something to do with the auxiliary heating that it has :angry:

    "Interior/Comfort Options: Air Conditioning, Auxiliary heating, Power-assisted Steering (PAS), Power Locks, Power Windows "

    Paul ,you could be onto something here.Perhaps the secondary manifold pipes the heat throughout the car with micro bore or something alike???????

    Could be the way forward ,might even constitute a government (green ) grant ,re-use of waste products :(

    Reckon unless there's someone that knows very little about two intercoolers on a Subaru bidding you're in with a shout there :angry: . To be honest though just stick with what you have !! Noe, go have a wee drink for your birthday - just a wee one mind it is a school night !!

    What an idiot... or maybe a genious and worked out how to plumb in 2 intercoolers, with no pipework.

    Im off to dig out my old top mount and give it a shot. It might be just the boost i need for the weekend.

    You never know ,this could be the hidden secret we have all been waiting on.
