Got a panic phone call from the wife last night about our little boy having to be admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties (their all on Hols as Butlins Bognor) ao raced down there to be with them. Turns out the poor little fella's picked up Pneumonia but luckily it was caught quickly enough & he's now on the mend. See you all soon Andy

Don't ya just love this winter, the snow due tonight has no been changed to heavy rain for for & wait for it - A risk of localised flooding. Then the rain stops & we then get heavy snow & freezing temps again on Monday night.

Yep Mines dirty, although not quite as bad a last time. Hopefully this weather may ease a bit before Sunday as West Berkshire are now down to their last 100t of grit so only major routes are being treated.

God some people don't know how to drive. Saw 4 cars plough into kerbs just walking my daughter to school this morning, people don't seem to know that this white stuff is slippy & you need to slow down. Scoob's now as far up our drive as I can get it as the people living in the road opposite see to think its an excuse to see how much wheelspin they can pulling out from the junction.

Parents need to be made responsible for their kids actions & maybe the threat of boot camps would make them sit up & take notice.

Mate are you serious about the prosecution ? If so the legal system in country is more of an a*** than I thought. Was the car parked on a private driveway ? If so then surely you're fully justified in protecting your own property (Wasn't it featured on a Front Page of a Tabloid this weekend). Have the Police found the Scroat yet ? or has he visited them to raise a complaint ? Hopefully nothing will come of it, I know if somebody was trying to steal any of our cars I'd have no hesitation doing the same. Again like you I'm not a violent sort but I do work for my possesions & would like to feel I have the right to protect whats mine. Andy

Trouble is that the Police would prob nick you as opposed to the scroat trying to nick the car.
