Would This Make A Good 2nd Car For Me ?
El Scooby replied to El Scooby's topic in General Subaru Discussion
It certainly is a lot of car for the money, I presume it would just require servicing just like the impreza just didnt know if there was any horror stories about them. -
Have just found this for sale a couple of hours away from me in Spain. Now i'm still gonna keep my Impreza but was thinkin on buyin another car for running about and keepin the impreza miles low. This cought my eye but dont know much about them....anyone have any help or pointers that might help me out. Subaru Legacy Many Thanks Kev

Seems a bit obvious but all your fuses ok? even fuse on the back of stereo if theres one but that wouldn't affect the clock.

Found this nice watering hole the other day whilst on my travels. Just for the crack i thought i'd make it the new meeting place for all us ex-pat scooby drivers in southern Spain. Only problem being i seem to be the only one ere with a scooby so i guess the next meetin will be just me, my pint, some pork scratchins and a table for one in the corner. Still i could invite the kid over who pulled up in a yellow leon with some of the worst bodykit i ever seen.......i think i put the Scooby Espana Club t-shirts on hold for a while. Kev

Vibrating through the front wheels
El Scooby replied to mark seeker's topic in General Subaru Discussion
I know its stating the obvious but you aint changed wheels or tyres lately that maybe catching the arches? or dropped the suspension setup? is there play on the wheel bearings or any suspension arms, roll bars, strut tops ect that maybe causing the wheel to move forward/backward and catching something. also check your wheel nuts are tight, maybe someone tried to pinch em and left them slack....i had a similar problem years ago when i picked my car up from a service and the fitter hadn't tightened one of the front wheels....take the front wheel off and check the inner arches and tyres for signs of wear if catching. I know this is the obvious but sometimes we just start looking to technical first. Kev -
