AND... if you've a VIN plate in the windscreen, make sure they don't cover it up! They did with mine and I noticed just as they where leaving... the muppet managed to crack the screen taking it out to remove the sealant over the plate! The windscreen he cracked was put in because he cracked the first one doing the repair to a chip which he guaranteed would be repairable! I ended up getting through three windscreens in 5 days! That was in Staffordshire though but it's definitely something to watch out for.

It will depend on the contract BUT theoretically, they'll have to print a retraction and reissue every single copy they've sold so far but like I say, it'll depend on the T&C's... they'll most likely have a clause in there about non liability in the event of errors.

I think the issue is more with the fact that you are trying to sell tickets you clearly got for free. Surely covering postage would be enough? Any more than that's taking the mickey somewhat imho.
