Did any of you boys notice what colour the car was ?

I'm not sure it's road legal, Don said he'd trailer it into work (Castrol in Old Town) and then bring it down (not sure if that means drive or trailer down). He is doing Rally Day at Combe later in the year (last year was fab, great day out, no RAIN). Perhaps we can talk him into an off road/on track ride there ???? Will have to buy him a beer on Friday night and butter him up a bit !

I take it the orders are not going well, don't want to inflame anything here but is the colour the issue ? Would navy blue or WRX blue go down better ? I probably would of had one in either of those colours, burgundy just brings out my blood shot eyes !

Certainly will be able to recommend somewhere to meet, just depends on times and where we are heading for. If it's an early start the pubs wont be open. The car parks in Porlock aren't huge. As Darren and I come to an agreement about where we are headed, we'll confirm. At the moment his vote is for where the toll road comes up to the open, very narrow, sheer drop, views over the bay lots of bends and safe viewing as the more side is quite a bit higher than the road. Glad you enjoyed it, there's something vaugle addidictive about car shows particularly as you get to know more and more of the regulars. We have a friend who lives in Blue Anchor Bay who has the inside track so we'll confirm in a couple of days. (if it's gonna rain we'll want the cover of the trees !!!!)

It was good to meet you, hubby and the kids. How did the little ones fair with the wet, cold and boredom ? Sorry I didn't say goodbye when we left, Erin was winging for a MacDonalds once she had won something on the tombola... Which one are you doing next ?
