Hubby has already responded, but all above are right, family first......while our life is not as "full" as yours right now there are times either one or both of us doesn't make it to a show or meet.....and yet the welcome is always warm

A special thank you goes to the Landrover coming from the oppostie direction this lunch time whoes huge wheels and off road suspension meant he had to drive down the centre of the road to avoid the speed bumps. I particularly want to thank him for his kind hand gestures as I flashed my lights and made him pull to HIS side of the road to allow me to pass unmolested. It's not like I was even going fast, the hard suspension in my car makes me feel every notch and crack in the road as it is and if I go over them too quickly I'll rip the front spoiler off ! MUPPET !!

Not sure actually, she mailed me with a status update and a thanks for the pics Darren took of them coming through Chargot, going to use them on her website.

Bad news for the local girl Shelly Taunt, her gear box had problems, she was down to 3rd, 4th and 5th only but it went with a bang after three miles of the final stage. Up until then she was 23rd overal and 5th in class. The good news is she knew we were there !

I'll be there, but Darren is currently on duty. I just have to work on him to get the keys to the Scoob for the night, may have to bring mini me as well so wont be a late one. I have a hot date arranged for twofourdonkey that night so I have to come along in by cupid capacity !! LOL

Bigger and better for May then ??? Bailey is on duty so I guess I'll have to put poor little Mitsi to one side and drive the Scoob up to the meet all by my lone some... boo hoo (not)

Good to see Bailey and I aren't the only ones who have conversations on here which we could just as easily have if one of us wasn't fighting the other for access to the forum !

Years ago I went to Kenya, stayed at the coast but took trips into Shimba Hills for 2 days and the Kekorock (sp?) Lodge in the Masi Mara, the most amazing place I have ever been. On safari in the Mara we were a small group in an open jeep, (not at all safe in hindsight) a male lion was approaching so one of our group set down his video camera to film it approach and we all moved to a safe distance. The lion picked up the camera and wandered off with it, we had to follow for 15 minutes before he put it down. It was undamaged apart from being smelly, damp and just a bit scratched, the footage was great though.....and the closest I ever want to get to seeing in a lions mouth !

Well done hubby, if you posted all the really good ones here at least I don't have to feign interest in all 1516, thanks for saving me from that !
