  2. Hey i will get you a price 2moro for a good clutch. Might as well do the flywheel if you an afford it as well.
  3. Im using an AP racing cutch and so far am very pleased with it.
  4. wouldnt touch them for love nor money.
  5. Nice m8. Think that exhaust looks like it was made by some friends of mine lol.
  6. hey neil. how do you know robert? i couldnt believe he even fit in the car he is so damn tall. lol
  7. yup deffo getting a single turbo. TBH i dont think the engine has thrown an Apex seal as it drove perfectly, started fine hot and cold. Im hoping (but not holding my hopes out) that it is one of the boost lines or the map sensor pipe has cracked or something. There is also a dawes device on the engine. That could also have something to do with it.
  8. I will bear that in mind. Im aiming for 400 ponies minimum and giving it a full Respray. Should be very nice when im finished with it. First thing is door handles so i can get in it lol.
  9. Yeah drifting project as i miss my Sivlia for that and also the fact that ahev always wanted one and the rotary engine looks like a piece of piss to rebuild.
  10. But i bought this a a project car. http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/423612.htm I know... Im Cr4zy. lol Should be a lot of fun to work on. Will be my first rotary engine build.
  11. No bother m8 hope you get it sorted soon.
  12. Sorry to hear about your box m8. Get it booked into Keny Brown in Hillington. If he cant fix it or tell you what is wrong thne your up **** creek. He has neer failed on a single thing with me. His number is 0141 882 6757 an he is in Hillington, 2 mins from the Harvester.
  13. your millers flush and slick 50 treatment ae much of a muchness really. think they do the same thing dont they.
  14. Yeah the engine one is a piece of piss. Stick it in the oil go for a drive 10 - 20 miles at medium revs > go home > do a poo > jack car up from passenger side > sump plug out > let the oil all drain out > pre fill your new filter > bung the new filter on > fill up the engine > check levels > allow 10 mins to settle > start car and then smoke some chavs. Done.
  15. Damn straight. As legal as drinking tea.
  16. MOT's for people that look after there car are completely pointless. The MOT only covers that specific time that you were in the garage at that time. I could just as easily put all my cats back on get an MOT done, then go home 30 mins later and refit all my decats, so in that case, they are pointless.
  17. Thanks Imy. Saw your "wee surprise" at Knockhill. Love the laughing after. lol.
  18. Lol. Thanks mate. Yeah it is those flats just there.
  19. Its down at Glasgow Harbour in the West End. Your not really supposed to drive where i was but i saw a van doing it and thought hmmm ok. lol The flaps are from Scoobyparts.com and only took 1 hour to fit. About £60 ish inc delivery.
  20. Hi there guys. I gave the car a wee going over to get the brake dust off it from Saturday then took it to the harbour side as it was such a nice day to get some photos:
  21. Believe me when i say that a mk9 from 20 feet or less will completely defen you for about 10 - 15 mins. Great fun for all the family.
  22. - mk9 meets watermelon - mk9 vs TV - mk9 funAnd if you want some: http://www.airsoftscotland.com/acatalog/Fashbangs.html enjoy. (I do not endorse throwing these at scum...)
  23. Moments like this are not fun. It's also why paintball guns (trick is to have a batch of paintballs in the freezer), and pyrotechnics (mk9's are where its at, mk5's are for kids) were invented.
  24. thanks guys. its nice to get positive comments back when i have worked hard on it and spent lots of time. So happy with the ssqv i have to tell you.
