only put one new gasket on its now blowing from the dwnpipe to centre shall i use gasket sealant/gasket or both and weres best place to get them or anybody got sum spare

can somebody let me no how much i should be asking for these 16"gold speedlines with 4 new tyres. one has a centre cap missing and the word speedline has worn off on two of them one has a scratch not looking for much but just want a rough guide.
