Well.. Had her looked over today, (and the car) lol and Typically the smell had gone, he checked all the fuel lines and could see no residue or anywhere where it could leak. Also you said about the fuel filter. When he changed it last year he added proper screwable circlips instead of the clip ones mr Subauru puts on. So no joy there either. If it is a common problem does it come and go? or would it be a perminent problem? becuase as I say it didnt smell at all today and when I drove it last Friday it was such a strong smell that it burnt me nose lol. Also optimax is bloody 122.9 a litre near me!! but if we werent scooby mad and love them to bits we wouldnt pay it a. Ah well. Cheers again, Kev

Excellent! I am taking it to my mechanic mate tommorow as I am no good with a spanner lol but its great to have a head start and maybe give him a few pointers. Hi all, Thanks for the replies! What a geat forum and people on here!! Sods law though I went to me car yesterday and today and it hasnt done it once! (must have looked a bit odd me standing on the drive unlocking and locking my car loads of times lol) As for the relay how do I know what wire etc? or is it best an autoelectrician?? HI, My beloved Scooby lately has had a weird thing happening, When I unlock the car sometimes my left indactor stays on?? I have to lock then unlock sometimes for six or seven times until it finaly goes off. Any ideas?? It is a bit of a strange one! Also its only when using the keyfob, its a 2001 bugeye WRX. Spotted, well I saw one in Aylesbury a black one hanging through town giving it some beans at the roundabout near the towncentre, poss near Chicagos I think. Also I Heard one in aylesbury lol. I was in a meeting on Griffen Lane a couple of weeks ago must have been about midnight and all i could hear was a Scoob parked outside revving the nuts off!!! I did have a chuckle to myself!!
