And a wider panned one for context:
What on earth is it for? I thought it was a self adhesive jobby someone had added/which had fallen off, but it has a hole in the carpet (shows how often I wind the drivers seat back all the way!)
Answers on a postcard, please.
Car mats hook onto it if I mind right.

Version 2 had the crappy two pots as well. The red paint on the manifold often flakes off or some folk try to polish them up removing it altogether.
Your applied model code in your other thread already proved it was a version 2 sti
-
Paul - are the version II's also the same applied model code for WRX and STI? Or was that only version I's?
Different for the version 2's although i never knew that for the version 1's

Post 43 takes you to the original brochure for the cars.

The 555 was limited run of 500 saloons and 100 wagons. They were painted 53c blue ( similar colour to L555BAT) The saloons got the roof vent from ra. They are basically just an sti with a few extras. The 555 and your sti both have the same applied model code cause they are basically the same cars.

Its just an sti not a 555

The power fc is a replacement ecu. Some come with hand controllers that allows you to programme it but unless you know what your doing I wouldn't touch. The controller can also be used for monitoring certain parameters.
-
There's an apexi for sale on Facebook for £350.
-
Get the ecu bought and get the boost up. You wont regret it
-
Some folk do use manual controllers but I'd go down the tried and tested remap route. Whats causing the over fuelling?
-
Fuel air mix really needs to be adjusted to suit hence why folk get cars mapped.
-
What about the impreza one?
-
On my third one now. ( well still have number two as well ) I've never had a brake down or failure other than the clutch needing changed in the 555. That was caused by me increasing the engine power and then lots of abuse on a previous Highland fling.

Mine has been washed and polished yesterday and is tucked away for tomorrow's show at bridge of Allan.

Needs to be imported. I think the only ones that were over here have all been sold abroad.

It stops the mat slipping forward under the pedals so no required elsewhere. The hook should be facing back toward the drivers seat.
