Four times in the last month my CEL has come on then gone off, cel goes off once the car picks up speed. The light comes on just after I start the car and is warm. The longest amount of time it has stay on, was for 10min while in traffic. The car drives fine, idles around 750rpm, holds boost. Then last night it happened again and noticed the revs were dropping down 500rpm. Soon as I blipped the throttle the CEL went out and it idled around 750 again. Have notice though it using more fuel than normal. I have tried to find the black and green cables but where are they. Tried to follow JGM guide. The only mods to the car is, blitz cat back, sti panel filter and a walbro fuel pump (which is coming out no need for it). Forgot to say its a MY99 sti My thinking is either the lamba sensor or the maf. Help

Not good why does very thing come all at once. I think halfrauds sells a something ( sorry forgot waht its called) to temporary stop the leak. Do you want genuine subaru, uprated or O.E?

I should clear up any confusion by what I said 'on the cheap', they can be as cheap a some internet sites that just deliver. All depends what tyre and size.

For air filters either, sti panel, green panel filter or apexi panel filter. Like Granby said most use the standard one as it is cheap as chips (about £5 notes from the dealer). As for oil either 5w-40 or 10w-50 is what people have been telling me what to use.
