Looks like Sam has settled for a Black Alfa 147.. 03 plate with only 35000 on the clock... ..downside is, we now need to pay for it lol

We have found a 2006 model with 48000 on the clock for £4700.. hopefully have a look at it at the weekend

We are looking at 307 estates at the moment.. .. I have never been keen on the Avensis but that could be because I hate doing windscreens on them lol

We have made the decision not to buy it and to go for a sensible family car so that I can keep the mileage down on the scoob which is at the moment our family car... ..it was a hard decision but we think the most sensible.

We could do but the plus side of this one is that we know the owner and know its been well looked after... ..and TBH I prefer the look of the R33.

Shall we buy it or not... we are struggling to decide We would keep the Scoob so this would be a new addition to the family. It is running about 320BHP at the moment and has a Front mount intercooler, HKS induction, HKS dump valve, lowered and arches rolled... but only about 65000miles on the clock. It is a friend that has this for sale and he is a car enthusiast and has owned 50 plus cars so I know this is extremely well looked after. What do you think?

My first car was a 1984 BMW 318i.. Paid £1600 for it and drove if for about 4 months until someone from Brize Norton hit me from behind causing £600 of damage.. ... with the damage to the back end I part exchanged it for a Fiesta XR2 after the garage gave me £1600 Trade in, few days later the insurance coughed up a cheque for £600 so out of that I managed to make £600 on the car
