Tyre is fooked.. it sounded like something had dropped from the car and then I ran over it.. I will have a look underneath tomorrow. I thought I had blown the gearbox or diff as the noise of something breaking up underneath the car was really loud.. next time I will back out of a race up the dual carriageway with Lee

Not sure if you can view this pic Metal but it shows what I pulled out of the tyre

My feet are fine but my head is spinning.. nearly half a bottle of JD doesn't help. LOL I thought my diff had exploded just after I left you earlier.. found a 6 inch piece of metal stuck in my rear tyre but I still have to find out where it came from as it sounded like it came from under the bonnet
