It's because the engine was tuned to the max and was only good for about 50k but with a £5k rebiuld it's good for another 50k With the 22B it can need a rebuild at around 40-45k The problem comes if the engine blows big time and the numbers don't match because of new engines going in. These aren't worth so much. Expect to pay up to £20k for a one owner Concours example. (very rare) But £10k is good.
