Can anyone advise me if i can do this at the moment on my p1 i have standard 0z alloys with pirrelli p zero assimetrico tyres the sizes are 205/45 r17 zr ww can i put 215/45 r17 or 225/45 r17 tyres on the wheels and what difference will it make the only reason i ask is i can get the 215/45 s at a great offer price on either toyo tyres or pirelli p zero rosso tyres.

HI FINALLY THE HAS CAME MY CAR IS BACK ON THE ROAD RUNNING LIKE NEW AGAIN AFTER TONES OF PROBLEM THE MECHANIS DONE A GREAT JOB ON IT.[]

The mechanics did advise it had been opened b4 due to lack of oil to the bottom end as it was not changed in time when they opened it up they found silicone sealer all over it which looks as if it was a bunch of cowboys that done the job on it which has caused it to go this time and due to abuse by previous owner. Yeah good chance to do a lot under the hood was tempted to do more but the misses took the bank card when she seen the balance fastly fading away.

Hi Some might already know about 3 weeks ago the bottom end went on my p1 i thought i would put on what i have done and how its getting on First of all when my mechanics took the engine apart the true state came visible i have only done 3k since i bought it in January the car has been abused by previous owner which has caused me do get the piston rings and cam belt tensioner kit as the old one was nearly expired also another 2 days work for them apart from that below i have listed which parts i replaced and some pictures too Parts replaced 1/ uprated oil pump 2/ exceedy racing clutch 3/ new water pump / cam belt tensioner kit / timing belt / filters 4/ new piston rings / racing head gasket full set / new shell bearings / 1 x new conrod no.1 5/ then the head got sent away for skimming etc along with crank shaft 6/ repainted top section of engine 7/ uprated oil and radiator fluid I was getting costs of over £2500 without the clutch and uprated oil pump here i have got everything done still no where near the original cost lucky for me ,i have enclosed some pictures should be getting her back tomorow night if all goes well.[] If anyone needs any help feel free to ask as i know how much hassle it causes i just didnt expect mines to go at 48k yet i dont even drive it hard.

I agree with what ali_ has pointed out on that same note i am currently speaking with the chairman of sidc and the racial abuse governing bodies relating to racial comments put on by the individuals on the forum also this is meant to be monitored, it is not fair to treat every asian a bomber. H4AFY
