right here goes got myself some nice new cheap tyres recently 225/35x18 and in the past three weeks ive had to pump them up nearly every second day then all of a sudden they stay inflated but today coming out of work(very rocky hardcore filled road) one of tyres was completly flat couldn't pump it up with the old foot pump thought it was fecked inflated it at the garage and its still inflated!! help ive either got leaky rims or they aint been fitted right or could i have popped it off the rim today? neil

really really gutted for you mate it just makes you think how easy these things happen i have a small extinguisher in the car but i dont think it would have made a blind bit of difference to that kind of blaze sorry again mate neil

id have thought an alloy one would be heavier than a carbon one but hey i could be wrong im sure someone will have the weights of these kicking about! carbon bonnets look ok IMHO on black cars unpainted neil ps maybe chris is buying it for the bling factor!!

ideal guys getting there in the end ill be doing this along with a wee service may have a go at doing the plugs but was really hoping to wait till slightly better/warmer weather! not good not having a garage! neil

ive read on a few places that just changing the panel filter to a high flow one should do the job and save my cash for elsewhere? neil

hi im looking at getting my car upto stage 1 sometime soon got a few of the parts fitted or nearly fitted but what im after is info on the induction kit could someone tell me what the resonator delete bit is about and is there any other induction kits that work better or is the apexi or nothing? i know the best thing is probably give andy a bell but im someone can help me here without making mr forrest even busier! neil

would do mate sounds good but the only way I can afford a new car is on the old hp mate plus need to use mine as a trade in me thinks going to have a wee look at a few this weekend and see from there might have to get a loan so you never know! Neil

The one in that ad ain't the one I've seen it's a 2005 in blue Sti with 25 k on the clock PPP fitted and remapped to 332 bhp for a shade under 12 k I'll get the ad and post it up Neil

ah my mistake not up on the newer models well if you have one mate is that a fairish price for one at the minute ill find the advert and post it tomorrow see what you think and i suppose is the tax not cheaper on these than the 2.5? neil

i thought if the car had the blob eye headlights it was a blob eye and if it had the newer type(which i thought was a hawk eye) it was a hawk eye! the car im looking at and others on autotrader dont have blob eyes so what one is it then?? like that i know it aint a 2.5 but is that not classed as a hawkeye then? neil

just had a quick scan on autotrader seems to be a few hawkeyes coming in on an 03 ,04 plate etc and cheers stewart but really looking for an sti this time! neil

been looking a lot recently at hawkeye sti's and would like to know what a fair price is for one at the minute? ive seen one on the net 2005 sti in blue 21,000 miles one owner full ppp and remap etc how much would you say? its up for sale at 11,995 the problem is for that cash id rather have an m3! any help would be great v confused! neil
