  3. Ok thanks for all the help, tried most of these things already, will have a go again tomorrow, just one last thing, which end is driver side and which passenger side, i.e. where do the flat pieces orient, to the front or rear? Dave
  4. Hi guys, Pretty new here, and looking for help already. Bought a set of strut braces on fleabay!!! for my newage WRX (03). front fitted no problem, can't seem to get this rear one to fit, problem seems to be the ends won't pass through the holes into the boot if the bolt holes are lined up. can anyone tell from these pics if I have the right brace for the rear? (can add more pics if that would be helpful) o any other (helpful) advice would be appreciated. Cheers Dave
  5. Just had tein suspension fitted and the steering rack bushes replaced at the same time, and had a geometry check carried out and the difference is amazing, would highly recommend this, it might just sort things out. Dave

  7. Would go to subaru, but car out of manufacturers warranty, and mechanical breakdown warranty not worth the paper it's written on!! Anyway it's a good excuse to get some coilovers fitted, and maybe the anti-roll bars as well!! Dave
  8. Thanks Guys, Yes got a newage, but just WRX with PPP, went on test drive cos I was bored one lunchtime, got back to garage grinning like an idiot and out came the check book!! haven't regretted it for a minute, stills makes me grin!!
  9. Hi Guys, new member in the club and on here. Only had my scooby for 4 months, getting my suspension done as I have the dreaded knocking from the rear, has anyone used AWD and if so how were they? seem very friendly on the phone.
