sounds like when they changed the coolant they have either not bleed the system through correctly took it for a spin an its over heated an they brought it back an topped it up thinkin it is ok or they did not bother road testing it an when your friend has started his journey home he has noticed it getting hot due to an air lock but has also done the head gasket due to overheating ??????? if you understand that ????

how much did you say that turbo was as it was prob near on that sort of money

nice buy loads of mods out there for the hondas an they are (normally) very reliable an have an engine that is pretty strong

thats ok until granby decides he may change it again an you have to re cut the hole so its best to have done an weld a new nut in let it cool an refit with some nice copper slip to help it stay unseized for next time
