Got Pulled By The Friggin Police Today
braveheart replied to scoob fae ork's topic in Scottish Scoobies
MMM i have had a similar, incident a while back i was stopped by Lothian and borders Traffic Police, in my STI, on the dual carriageway heading east towards lizzie brice round-about, A Police unmarked car was in stealth mode behind me i was doing the speed limit and seat belt on, which was 50mph on the Dual carriageway, then decided to flash me i was heading to the garage and was about 50m from the Round-about so common sense dictates not to stop on a Round-about, any ways i indicate and i pull into a cetrain garage, and PC plod comes up to my car... Knock on my window and ask me to turn the engine off and step out the car which i did so, he was middle aged man with coffee breath.. not nice ... anyways on that note he began to ask me certain questions which i answered with no attitude, he then asked me to go to his the vehicle, whilst he does his P checks on me... again waiting a further 10 mins untill he requires all this information..... i asked the question is there a problem officer... and then out of the blue he began to loose control, i then asked him not to shout at me as i was starting to feel the blood boil slightly and thought to myself behave...it then calmed down and another squad car arrived with all blues flashing.I was like mmm whats going on here, a SGT had arrived on the scene and the two of then started chatting pointing to me and my car, i tried to get out the car to find out what was going on however normal drill's doors were locked, sat in the back for a further 20 mins whilst they chatted some more and thought to my self sod this.. got my cell fone out and decided to call a certain D.I of Lothian and Borders that happens to work in the West lothian and explained all actions by these officers.. all to get a ticket.. then another 10 mins on Road safety... After this numpty had finished, i went straight up to the desk and ask to speak to the duty Inspector which he agreed. After explaining everything as all would of been on camera, i took this officers badge number name and reported this and made an official complaint, of his proffesional conduct which was nil, this inspector knows i work in a Hostile enviroment, and work with some special people we would say...I then put it in on formal headed paper and wrote to the Divisonal Commander.. actions were taken against this officer, was giving a warning and a mark against his name on his record, they are just like you, and me if you make a complaint its law this must be investigated internaly and if not satisfied then can push further...so if you feel that you have been mistreated then use there chain of command that what its there for, they are under the same law as you and i and abusing powers to be in an offense of conduct. However they are not all like that.. have had the odd laugh at work with some of the coppers ive worked with.. Glad i got that off my chest lol... -
LOL i love the banter i would only have to agree with the above...Andy F and and a certain Roger Clark motorsport cant be both wrong..... Banter Banter Banter and drop a 2.5 in the classic..

Feckers, this call's for some action you have 2 options in my eyes, Option 1 the first one is call the Police and PC Plod will come to you house, and take out his trusty black notebook and he will take all details and promice you he will do his best to investigate this crime..... and never see him again no doubt some 21 year old with no experience in this at all.. however you may be lucky !! NOT...Again you have probally exhausted this option. Option 2 a military style operation my friend, this will need the help of 2+ friend's and all purchaseing wooly faces we call them balaclavers, lol this is got to be the same person doing this to you car work out a ruff time and date you reckon this damage was done . You will set an OP up, we call it an observation post.... get a handy camera and stage this in a place where you will not be seen, in your house ect in the garden where you can have eyes on your vehicle...your two friends will act as cutt off's that means that the 2 of them will be at the diffrent exits and entry points in your street roger so far... And then sit and wait this may take a few days and a lot's of flask of coffee and fatty cakes however i guantee this will happen again and when it does mmmmm you can make a civillian arrest and hand him over to the police....hopefully catch him/her in the act.... I know what i would do Best of Luck Chris.
