Had a pretty hectic weekend to say the least, "which is why im late with my post [:$]" which paled into insignificance when I jumped into the car on Sunday morning and the sun broke through the clouds [] I would personally like to thank all of those who participated on the day, first of all to John, George and the lads from Extreme who ran the show in a professional and informative manner, with lots of feedback for the runners to contemplate, and as Spooks mentioned earlier, let us have free reign of the premises for the day. [Y] Rosemarie and Imy, what can I say, you kept us going throughout the day and providing us with much needed refreshments and top notch home cooking. What would we do without you, doesn't bare thinking about [Y] Also like to take this opportunity to thank Scott aka Spooks for his support and help with getting this up and running, cheers [*] [Y] There were also some great raffle prizes, which were kindly donated by members of the club and Extreme. Some of these have been held over until the Forum is updated later in the week, keep your eyes peeled for these in the coming week. The total raised will be posted once the remaining goodies have been raffled [G] [Y] Oh, and Grants quiz, didn't disgrace myself unlike some members who will remain unnamed Blueboy [:$] can you make them a wee bit easier next time m8 lol, lol. The cars themselves were of a very high standard with Simon aka Higgy powering to a very impressive 505 BHP, Jac 416 BHP being another happy camper [] some interesting non Scoobs on show too with an Integrale, Golf Gti and Cupra TypeR producing great figures. Once again, Thank-you [Y] to all who made this Event such a success, your contributions and involvement was what made this such an enjoyable and great day [] [] [] p.s. hope you all had as good a day as I did [au] [Y] Marty.

Had a great day, even with the weather spoiling things later in the afternoon [st] great banter in the packed S.I.D.C. marque as usual, especially with Jac, Gmac and Higgy entertaining the masses in their own special ways. lol lol !! and dare i say our naughty R.O. [] More than happy to help with the Marshalling, even tho it curtailed my track time [] Good to see a few faces from the central belt up there supporting this top class event, thinking of coming back up for the Capri Club Day, now that will be interesting if its damp [] Praise must go to John S. and the rest of the unseen team who made this possible [Y] and finally really sorry to see the two guyz that came to grief , gutted springs to mind, hopefully they`ll be back in all their glory sooner rather than later. Heres to next year [] Marty. p.s. some great pics and video posted too [~] [au] [Y]

Yeah. I really need a little more power! It's a toss up between a map with some choice bits or PPP. PPP has its disadvantages, not least the cost, but the plus side is it keeps my warranty intact. However, after speaking to a few people, I'm going to screw the warranty and go down the alternative route. All I need now is some dosh! I think I'll have to put my treble winning autographed Celtic shirt on eBay! Didn`t take much convincing John [:#] don`t tell the wife. I`ve seen and heard you every time you come off a trackday, I NEED MORE POWER, well its only a credit card away m8 [] If the wife asks just tell her, we said everybody does it. It also makes me feel better that im not the only one up to my ears in it. And think yourself lucky that you have a Celtic treble winning top to flog on flea-bay, me, all i had was an Airdrionians Texaco cup runners up programme to flog. Bet you feel better now John ! p.s. i`m of to the fridge for another can [+o(] Marty.
