......and the law LOST!! Got stopped by the local traffic gendarmmes on the Irvine bypass on Tuesday evening having just washed and dried the car,went out to dry off the tyers before applying the Maguiers and before you know it they're in the mirror. So, after the obligatory "right Stirling oot the motor routine" some explaining had to be done. For once it would appear that being a fat grey haired old git has it's advantages, also being a paramedic seemed to be the casting vote. 94mph in a 70 zone I thought I was a gonner but got let off with a warning! Was also told that had it been the other traffic unit 4miles further down the bypass paramedic or not I was done! So heads up in Nth Ayrshire they're out to get us! Also sorry about the delay in warning all of you but this computer is almost as old as me and is prone to a several day huff. Cheers Kevan.

Well done m8! I also had a Sport, for the last 7yrs in fact, until May this year. Got a WRX and it really is a quantum leap in every sense especially the GRIN[]factor! Good luck with the car.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm 43, from Glasgow but have lived in North Ayrshire for 16yrs. Still work in Glasgow so my daily comute on the A736 has just become a hell of a lot more fun. Haven't sussed how to post a pic yet but will do as soon as i have. Cheers
