Glad you find it all P1sh and not relevant. The post was not directed at you Philip, just a general statment m8 Water of a ducks back m8, I do find some of the points relevant last thing anybody wants is something to go wrong and be involved in a fatal RTA. I know what it’s like to lose family member due to RTA and the last thing I want to do is put my family through it (again) or someone else’s. The thing is some people take thing to far, if I was to have posted a clip doing the ¼ mile at Crail or a lap of K/H flat out it would be a different story, but with it being on a public road and one with bends some people have started to try and guess the speed the car was going, as some people do they start too over reacting and making up speeds and a list of thing the could of happened. The fact is the average speed on the journey did not exceed the national speed limit. THE THING WE ALL HAVE TO REMEMBER IS IT'S NOT SPEED THAT KILLS IT'S BAD DRIVING

Yeah agree with Ruby the driving was not to bad, one corner I wouldnt do now a days. But I think Sharon and Gumball could tell you some of my driving from the Lothians run last year and call your video tame. Although I have lost the lust for driving the scooby atm since money is short at the minute. Just have fun and not let it get to out of hand. [] You can’t see it well on the video but the corner I cut after overtaking the car, you can see all the way round and up the road no hedges or anything the camera angle make it looks like you can’s see up the road but you sure can. Yes this video is tame mate [] I had a friend in the car playing camera man so was not taking any risks. I was going to post a clip of me doing thatrun flat out in the Scooby then on the Blade when I was on my own with the dash and tank cam and the video of my friend on his R1 but after some of the comments about this one I’ll just leave it.

Thank you all for your comments good and bad. I know there are a lot of people out there who will not approve and think it’s just foolish and it’s not the place to be driving like that but at no point was anyone put at risk. I’m a family man with two very young children (not in the car at the time before any one asks) and will never take a risk or do anything that may put my life or someone else’s at risk. Some of you may think this is not the case going by the video clip but I would like to point out that it was late evening very good visibility, weather and road conditions, only nine other cars and one motorbike on the road at the time. Over taking and cutting corners was only done when it was safe to do so!!!! At no time was the car or I out of control. I feel the video clip makes the trip look faster than it was as I have just watched a video clip of a friend doing the same run on his R1 and it makes my clip look gay.
