magoo Posted June 17, 2007 Posted June 17, 2007 Hello all. I thought I'd better pop in and give Peter a little help from the VW side[] Here's some pics of a few of our cars that will hopefully be at Crail next week... Glynn....VWDRC Pro Champ Daz... Donald: drop the hammer.. Peter's ghia. I've not got any recent one's from the strip. My bug. Just recently put back together and MOT'd after damaging my gearbox at Santa Pod last month. I'll be running a new engine and gearbox combination so have no idea how it's all going to come together. Hopefully will be able to catch up with some of you next week. Even if you don't race, Peter's BBQ's are pretty good[] cheers colin
dipsy Posted June 17, 2007 Posted June 17, 2007 I have seen car like Peter's ghia in Carnoustie maybe the same car

z1000 Posted June 18, 2007 Posted June 18, 2007 Just wondered if you recognised this ? Was my winter project a while back and apparantley used to run at santa pod but was just a rolling shell when i bought it. Steve

Richie Cross Posted June 22, 2007 Posted June 22, 2007 Weather forecast for Sunday doesn't look good. Having never been to Crail, how much rain will it take to call the whole thing off? I'm planning to head over from Ayrshire so am I going have to make my way, listening to the weather reports or if the BBC says it's chucking it down in the morning, will I just stay at home? [:'(] Also, what time is it supposed to be kicking off? Cheers

G.Mac Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 well severe weather suits the scoobs (well not if your looking for a PB) but think if the weather is pish that will put the dubs at a disadvantage (well if its crap i dont think I will be running on the bike!!![]) Graeme
