scouk Posted May 20, 2007 Posted May 20, 2007 Hey guys/gals, Just got a set of prodrive springs fitted to my bugeye WRX today and discovered that my passenger side rear damper is on the way out and needs a replacement LHS?. What would be the best thing to do, I see cam skill have a replacement pair for around £140 which is probably the safest option instead of replacing just the one side. Anywhere I can get some cheaper? Or maybe pick up a single damper in good condition. Also I havent got the geometry set-up yet but would it be best to wait until after the new damper(s) is fitted before getting this done or would it not have any affect replacing a rear damper as geometry "should" be the same..? One further thing, [] anyone got a copy of the Prodrive and/or GroupN fast road geometry settings that I can to get my WRX set-up nicely? Thanks,
st3ph3n Posted May 20, 2007 Posted May 20, 2007 Never replace them singularly, always in pairs. Get everything fitted then get the geometery done.
