the blue dragon Posted May 16, 2007 Posted May 16, 2007 Was thinking of fitting an induction kit to my terzo, and was wondering if i would need a re-map if i did this? Anyone point me in the right direction, and also recommend a good induction kit if i dont need re-map. cheers iain
superstar_tradesman Posted May 16, 2007 Posted May 16, 2007 Not sure if you'll need a re-map but I guy I know had problems with his air flow meter when he put one on a P1
gus the bus Posted May 16, 2007 Posted May 16, 2007 Fitting am Apexi on mine Iain but thats along with the ScoobyECU remap. The scoobs are BAD if you dont get it mapped @ the same time. Gus
the blue dragon Posted May 16, 2007 Author Posted May 16, 2007 Yeah, was talking to a guy on sunday at k/hill and he was having that problem too, but then he told me it was a k&n filter ,which normally is oiled, so i suspect that the oil had got into the maf, although i may be wrong on that. Iain

brian_paterson Posted May 16, 2007 Posted May 16, 2007 Hi mate Was talkin to you on sunday at KHill (silver classic wagon) i had problems with K&N but generaly if you stay clear of the oiled ones you'll be fine, I binned the K&N and have now got a pipercross which has changed the noise compaired to the K&N and with a new MAF sensor it runs much better. Brian
the blue dragon Posted May 16, 2007 Author Posted May 16, 2007 Cheers brian [Y] was thinking about a pipercross or something similar. thanks Iain
