F.A.O Any Mountain Bikers

Was such a lovely day today decided to take the old bike out for a shakedown test, been playing with the damping in the forks and all i can say is WOW it eats the trials for breakfast.

Just wanted to show to anyone intrested that a cheap halfords 19.99 bike rack will fit on an STi with the big wing with no fouling.

Lol mate you felt the weight of a downhill bike id have a hernia lifting it onto the roof before or after i fell agaisnt the side of the car. Had a great day out sun was a little toooo hot was sweating in the armour. brings it back how much ive missed it, less sidc events and back to the bike.

The rack wont move went for the 6 point version is secured like a rock, tested on overtakes [:)

I should clarify  - it aint the bike taking the paint off - it the abrasive foam they use in the cheap rakes - put a cloth/towel/sponge/tampon under the foam to stop the paint being stripped!

(used one on my old car, which is why I bought a CLASSIC waggon ;o)  )
