Neil,

That's very helpful but how do you get an avatar set up in the first place.

I am a paid up member and would like no. 34 - "STi & Impreza" badges.

Can you tell me how to go about this?

Ian, try clicking on your name (top right next to | Sign Out | Help | Inbox) select the Avatar tab and make sure Enable Avatar is selected. If it is, try saving the 34'th picture from my first post to your My Documents then select Browse in Upload Avatar section and find 34.jpg. Remember and select Save Changes.

If this does not work (can take upto 10 minutes) then email Phil Stephens and ask him to enable your avatar and give him your membership details/number.

I was actually doing all that while you were doing that post!

I had to e:mail Phil to get it enabled but it works now!

i remember one of me mates looking over my shoulder and i thought he was reading the post

i mentioned to him about the content of the post

he looked at me with a straight face and said " i couldnt give a flying **** about the post, who's the chick ?"

 so the SIDC does tempt people for different things and reasons

i'm sure if they were still animated me mate would be a fully paid up member
