dilema for a newby?

hi all looking for input/advice,been wanting a scoob for a while and am now ready to purchase,been looking at a uk300 on scoobnet[hope im alowd to say that word on here][]it has a few mods is tdy looking 52000 mls 11500 ono,also a blobeye on pistonheads nice looking 25000 mls,fairley standard,has xost mod and big wheels and spoiler,also an outsider is an rb5 50000 mls mega history and 300 hp,,although 99 model is geting old  eh ,i know its individual preferance but i honet dont know,also they all in far away england which is not a prob other than long way to go and not be sure[]sorry to be abore,and ask daft questions but you guys have xperiance in this field,,the uk300 is tidy and well moded but heavy mods arent always good?help would liketo buy thisweekend,or is there any tidy scoobs up here ive overlooked[8-|]

Best advice is don't rush into buying a Scooby, they can be expensive if you get one that hasn't been maintained. If you see a car you like ask the forum someone my know the car or the previous owner.

Welcome to the forums.

Check the scottish for sale section as mentioned and post up the cars you're looking at and I'm sure people will take a look at them.

thanks for input peeps,i defo hope to buy with good history,just scary buying a car with mega mods,although you then save money,my ideal would be jist with full xost and intake then remap,thats going by reading these forums,nowt to mental im daft enuf[]cant w8 and hope to join yous guys soon
