Just to let you guys know my cars been targeted again first my spoiler stolen detailed in my other thread "Thieving B******s".[:@]

 

This time they tried to steal my car.

Parked it right beneath the camera and still they tried and guess what the picture on the camera is so bad you can't make anyone out.

Reported it to the cops but they don't hold much hope of catching them.[8o|]

Take care of your cars guys because they seem to be targeting Scoobys according to the cops.

Taken a week for Autoglass to replace my window but now it's done I can go find a new job as I told my employer to stick their job since they would'nt even contribute to replacing my window,which sucks considering they would'nt let me park my car in the yard even after my spolier being stolen.[:(]

Where are you located ?

Is it a dodgy area ? or do you think your car is being targeted specificaly ?

Hi thakns for the replys.

It was in Darnley.

They tried to nick my mates 406 Coupe as well so I don't think it's just me.

As for the job it was pants anyways up at 3am to start at 4am for a pitence of a pay.I'll get another job no problem driving jobs are ten a penny.I can't afford to keep replacing parts on my motor,I'll probably save money in the long run.

Sad thing is I'm so gutted and sickened by it I'm thinking of just selling my pride and joy.

[:)] Very sorry to hear this mate, really sickens me we work hard to afford these and some wee little &£($"&!)$"*()!$*)!"! decides to try and steal them, was looking at the idea of a removable snap off steering wheel to try and deter them

Not good news at all.

I remember talking to Gus les Autobus about when these guys nicked your spoiler and to be honest, we both couldn't see how it could get ripped off without crowbars and major damage. I don't really see a connection between the guys that stole yer spoiler and this mob that tried to nick yer motor m8.

Sounds more like a different set of Bartewards to me - but that's exactly what they are. The lot of them.

Cars these days are practically unstealable to the local neds, but in the case of the poor s0d from Paisley who got his scooby nicked by one of thay Glesga  type Giant metal traffic warden low loaders -  " lift the car cos its illegally parked, stick it on the back of the wagon,take it to the pound,  and hoover 185 nicker from his wallet to get it back, cos it's a Sunday and I'm on double time  ! "

Still a real pi$$er though.

Don't part with the car mate - sounds more opportunist to me.

sorry to hear they tried your car again, little thieving sh!tes it seems we cant keep anything safe now adays even with a tracker, as they can find the unit with one of these cat scan things that you would use to find live cables underground. glad u got it sorted oot and hope u get the ball busters thats trying this.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Autoglass fitted my window yesterday and I think I have removed all the broken glass.

Just need to find a set of electric window switches now, that and the window is all they seem to have damaged.
