twentytwobee Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Whats the story with the white Spec C at MMT at the moment? I had a look at it yesterday and they said that it was for sale on behalf of a person in Aberdeen? It had a BHP Developments sticker on it?
Carl Davey Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 It belongs to a friend of Marcs (Boyakasha on here). Very nice car, drooled over it myself when i hired a van from Morrisons a few weeks back.
Boyakasha Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 The car in question is actually a WRX STi Spec-C RA It is a limited edition, only 350 every made. It cost just over £30k when originally bought it from Ian Litchfield. It belongs to my Partners brother. Basically he never really got a chance to use the car as he works in the fish so the car would just sit in the garage all week hence the 3-4k miles on it. The car has been serviced by Fiskens, and had an oil change every 6 months by BHP Developments. He had a set of Defi's fitted and a set of mudflaps but that's it. I noticed that they had it up for £23.5k which was way over, and they have now stuck it on at £21.5k. As with all imports it is hard to stick a value on it as it is a limited edition etc, but it is a fantastic car and there is nothing hidden about it. If you want any further information drop me a PM. Marc
st3ph3n Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 As featured in Scoobymag? Stunning car. One day .......
WUZ Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 As Marc stated - we've fitted the Defi's and done 6-month Oil changes on the car. Great machine and if the 2.35 wasn't in the RA......I'd have bought it! 21.5K a good price.........just got to fight the tempation! Russell
twentytwobee Posted February 6, 2007 Author Posted February 6, 2007 Ill regret saying this but Id trade the 22B for one of these although the newer style spec C looks a bit nicer to be fair.

twentytwobee Posted February 6, 2007 Author Posted February 6, 2007 I did sense that there was a little dyslexia there but chose to ignore it. I still own 22B #276 and intend to keep it but I am always looking! A year or two to go and the hawkeye (v9?) spec c will be about thee right price for me I hope. Trouble is that most spec c's are getting turned into grp N rally cars at the moment. The rally car sites have wanted ads for them! that might be why they are so rare in road going spec?
