need help asap

as above i am having boost problems i have just fitted a long arm induction kit its the k&n typhoon kit and a about 3 days ago went through a deep puddle and the power just disapered then 2 seconds later was ok so the car parked up for two days because i was using the wifes car jumped in it today and it is only boosting 9 psi i a looking for some advise what it would be and what do i do aboiut sorting it out all advise would be help full because i am going offshore on wednesday. also need a good bodyshop because my wifes car got hit by a road sign in the wind in aberdeen please.[:'(]

9/10 psi will just be actuator pressure so it sounds like the ecu may be in safe mode.  Have you tried to reset it and see if that helps or throws out an error code? If not look in the FAQ section.
