steve_nairn_sti Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 its my car thats for sale! im not in any hurry to sell it just putting it up to see if i get any interest! and russell its 12.5k ONO and its not a classic with heaps of miles or anything! I have spent quite a lot if money on the car to get it how i want it! I agree, it's not a lot of money that you're asking if the car is mint. Mine's a 52 plate and I'm asking £12,600.... and it's not an STi. I've had quite a bit of interest too so Russ to imply that Dave's asking too much is wrong in my opinion. If the car is worth the money, someone will pay for it. Good luck with the sale Dave.[Y]
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 What you have to consider is the mods that have been added :- 2002 02 Sti type uk prodrive 40k miles Wr Blue rac trackerHid Headlights Alpine Cd player Infinity speakers 18" Prodrive type Alloys with nearly new toyo t1's tyres tein super street coilovers with adjustable top mounts Whiteline rear anti roll bar with droplinks Whiteline anti lift kit Top strut brace Brand new DBA 4000 front discs with 2500 pads Full 3" exhaust including down pipe s/s unequal headers Dastek Unichip 340 bhp and 330 fblt Add the value of those together and the price seems not too bad Lovely car by the way Cheers Cal
ANDYJDMSTI Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Nice care. Price does not seem excessive to me. []

Alan-G Posted December 16, 2006 Posted December 16, 2006 Sorry guys, but I have to post. I must sound like the biggest pain in the T!ts that has recently joined. So, sorry for starters. I know very little about Scoobies as I've only been a Scoobie driver for about 3 months now. I will drive nothing else than a Subaru in the future, my wife Jen (Fab1 on the site) wants a forrester NTXi and who could blame her ? My WRX was delivered to the house from England, Brand new, on the back of a wagon, and they took the Feckin' 18 month old Peugeot 307 pile of dog dirt away as a trade in without seeing it. (13K on the clock and falling apart). I didn't want me missus and bairn running about in , what only I can call after driving it's last mile whilst in our posession, a dangerous car. She took my recently bought Hyundai Coupe and I ordered the WRX. I have never been so stunned by a Japanes saloon car ever (having owned a Toyota Celica which I loved). Now down to the post. I know a lot of mods have been done on the MY02 WRX that is for sale for £12½ K - But mine came as a brand new car, me being the first owner, YES a grey import and not a 'TYPE UK' version, but still the full Bhoona WRX for : £14,999 That's a bargain that I could never overlook. Sorry again for being a Pain in the ar$e but I could not pass a price/car ratio like this. It made pure sense to me.
DaveHelium Posted December 16, 2006 Posted December 16, 2006 yea but mine is an sti not just a normal run of the mill wrx
WUZ Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 WHO SAID I THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE? Another assumption! Russell
dipsy Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Alan-g your car is a euro import being a newage 2.5 wrx .A Grey import scoob is still 2.0 ie Jdm
eurosti Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Alan-G where did you get your car from for that price? Thats the price ive been qouted tax free!
Fab 1 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Dipsy, Fab1 here, Alans other half. Yep it is an import 2.5 WRX. He got it from www.motor-depot.co.uk but I think they now want £15,495 ! Maybe saw i winner and bumped up the price. Jen.
Alan-G Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Even cheaper now for an 07 2.5 WRX (£14,847 basic price). On the road, add £350 (includes tax and in my case, a TOAD alarm). Superb Motor Car. http://www.motordepot.co.uk/search_results...w.asp?sid=73953
