Which Spark plugs & oil???

cars goin off the road over the xmas period for new clutch and flywheel so gona give it a service while im at it!

jus wondering which plugs and oil i shud use?? read sumwer that recommended NGK7's and motul 15/50w

NGK PFR7B's for STi's and 15/50 Motul 300V is what I recommend for your car and it is what I use in most of the cars I work on!

4.5 litres rings a bell but i'd need to check.

COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORECT! - make sure you fill up the Oil filter several times to ensure the Oil has soaked into the filter before topping the filter up and putting it on the car. You should be able to put in about .half a litre of Oil into the filter.
