darryl_martin Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 Thats not bad. I wonder if i can cancel my policy after only two months to go with someone else Hmmmmmm, i wonder I tried the cancelling thing once. I knew I wanted a scoob, but couldn't find one quick enough so had to pay another years subs on my car at the time Company I was with wanted £600 for my current car but £1500 for the scoob Alternative company wanted £950 for the car I had but £750 for the scoob???????????? Didn't know how long it would take me to find a scoob so stayed with the company I was with an paid the £600. 2 months later I cancelled the policy and got a letter saying I was entitled to about £280 back!!!!!!!!! I had in mind about £600 - £100 (for the two months) - £50 (max) for admin charges, leaving me £450. A quick letter later, saying how happy I'd been with their service over the last few years and how proffesional and easy they had been to deal with in the past etc.......... and a cheque for £460 arrived on the door mat.[Y][H]
