KentScoobies banners,flags etc

After lots of people asking about banners and flags etc i have been

chasing the costs of these items.  The club has use of a marquee (

thanks Deani_age [Y] ) which will have our club logo on it, and now we

are looking at banners etc like the ESC had at santa pod [Y] also like

the Kenwood one[]

I personally will be buying one for myself so that when i go to shows

etc i can display this and seeing as they are so light and small it

will stay in the car all the time []

How many others would buy themselves one is the question ????

Remember that as a club we do not have as many sponsers as the ESC so we as individuals will have to part with our money []

Pele has been talking to Phil Stevens about the SIDC banners and will

hopefully be gatting a price from the Big Boss himself very soon [Y]

I think the rough price is about £75 ish but this needs to be confirmed first []

So if your willing to do this just add your name to the list so i have a rough idea on who will spend out on there own banner

as stated before we dont have the same sort of backing as the ESC

who seem to have an abundance of supporters and funds Unless we can get

some more sponsers we will have to part with our own money [][]

People have moaned about the fact we dont have club stuff yet there has been no response from them at all

I will be buying some bits and i hope there may be some more interest within the club too

I know it means we have to part with money but as pointed out we will

then look like a club when we go to the sidc meets etc, and if we plan

it right we can get parked up together and really put on a show !!!!!!!!

I will not be able to afford 75quid for a banner as thats a lot of money to us we dont earn very much.

But if we are looking to put some money together as a Club and all chip in a bit each then thats much more fair all round.

Vicky we are not asking everyone to but there own flag/banner just

those who can afford it.  I will be also collecting donations for

other club items ie, little pop up marquee for SIDC events, flag poles,

stuff like that.  Those who buy there own banners are normallt the

people who attend most events so that way the banners will be at the

shows[Y]

And im sure if they cannot attend a show they will pass the banner on to someone who is and it will still be shown

I have also approched a few companies for sponsership too [] and am awaiting answers
