thanks to Spaceman for the eibach's.  As usual fitting stuff on my car didn't go as smoothly as anyone elses car.  Got the first spring fitted no probs then went on to the second one and the top bolt wouldn't come out.  After a lot of persuading it still didn't budge so had to pop down to hypertech to get the bolt  popped out by them and rethreaded. 

Thanks to spaceman for all his help and the springs.

Off to DRB5's place tomorrow to get the remainder springs fitted.

After a lot of driving about and investigating i now have no rubbing or knocking noises coming from the eibach springs. 

A wee twist and a bit of plastic and jobs a good un and theres no noise.
