st3ph3n Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I enjoy the feel of cold hard metal. Prodrive Gear Knob for me. Link - http://www.prodrive.com/products_level2.html?id=43&p=12 Got mine off Jamie when he was in business for a great price. Lost the wee P sticker off the top now though [:'(] Much better feel than the leather momo one that came with the car.

Fee Posted September 27, 2006 Author Posted September 27, 2006 Cal...is that just a standard gaiter from Subaru? I need one of them too Does the gaiter somehow attach to the momo knob? Or how does it stay up?
Fee Posted September 27, 2006 Author Posted September 27, 2006 does anyone know if the P1 gaiter will be the same fit as a TypeR? or pics of a P1 so I can try and guess!
bigbadboab Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Quote ..........................attach to the momo knob? Or how does it stay up? Sorry[:$] FPMSL

Or how does it stay up? That's the standard gaitor.................the old knob is removed then the new one uses 3 small allan key type screws to saty in-situ. You might wanna bid on this ..............much cheapness http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Momo-Race-Air-gear-k...1QQcmdZViewItem CGS
stubaroo Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 Just bought a MOMO Cobra gear knob for the car. Probably a stupid question but how do you remove the standard one (MY04 WRX)? I think I just pull it off, ooh err! Is that right? I dont want to break anything.
RS Grant Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 I think it will just just un-screw.. so you wont have to pull your knob off mate. Cheers, Grant
