JohnSt Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 .......get your chassis setup done ? ---john---
craig mac Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 I went all the way to to Falkland Performance, but well worth it[] Craig
Iaing Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Yep Falkland are the daddies when it comes to geo setups this far North. Jap Performance out at Ellon might be worth a try too. No idea what they're like though? Iain

JohnSt Posted September 12, 2006 Author Posted September 12, 2006 Why go all the way down there when Mark Hutcheson is on your doorstep in Banchory?
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 John - do you have contact details or a web link ? Thanks Cal
JohnSt Posted September 12, 2006 Author Posted September 12, 2006 Not on me, I'll find out. This boy knows how to set a car up !! ---john---
simon_mcwilliam Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Why not go to Town & County as they have just bought a new up to date alignment equipment for just this purpose & with the new hourly rate to members they could be hard to beat on price too, & they are the Subaru techs [][Y]
JohnSt Posted September 12, 2006 Author Posted September 12, 2006 I wasn't really reffering to make it straight on a 4 wheel laser jig as per subaru specs, for that go to Town and County. That'll get you a nice shopping car [] For setting a car up to make it go right, Mark is your man.

frank c Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Are the Prodrive settings as good as people say they are ???
craig mac Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 I think so, It handles like its on rails at Knockers Craig
st3ph3n Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Without spending hours trying out different settings and see what works best for you then yes. The best £40 or £50 you'll spend. Turn in becomes a joy, and not a vague excersise in risk management.
markymark Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Had my classic done last week at town & county, what a difference !!!! well worth £70
