D8UGF Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 I did this last year mate, it was a fookin nighmare! It was from Edinburgh to Glasgow last year and it was the most miserable day you could imagine, couple that with cycling into the prevailing wind the whole way and you can imagine! Think that is why they are going the opposite way this time as there were a lot of complaints. Glad I did it though but was mega sore for the next few days. Was going to do it again this year but didnt do enough training for it this year so Im not going to bother. Best of luck with it and enjoy! Dougie
