since having got my car back about 3 weeks ago it seams to be ok( i had a problem with a leaking crank seal and the garage i got it) fingers crossed . now was wanting to get a rear silencer for it . does anyone have any advice i want a nice sound but nothign stupid as i work shifts and get in at 4 in the morning some weeks( neighbours wouldnt be to happy being woken up ) any advice would help

I've got a Prodrive Back Box on my car which is a MY99 PPP, it sounds good on full throttle, but pretty quiet just rumbling around town... I've got another subtle 3.5" exit exhaust for a Classic which is a wee bit louder, but still no where near as loud as the TSL Firestorm or Blitz NUR Spec R I had on older Scoobs........ they are CRAZY loud!! []

I was in the same thought a few weeks ago.  Got a magnex 3.5 round back box, and the decat mid section.  Its just nice, and not to loud.  In town its just the nice burble, but really nice if you open it up.  I would recommend that mate!

its for uk classic iam in dundee i was look it awd website and seen the done a hayward and scott anyone got one what are they like

Hayward and Scott are spot on IMO... bought a fair bit of stuff off them over the years!! Fitted a straight through centre to my MY99, sounds good, got a downpipe waiting to go on as well. []

Get yourself down to the meet on the 31st mate, there are a few of us kicking around Dundee!! [] Whats the spec/details of your car so that we know who to look out for?? []
