insurance companies(whats best)

just got myself a scoob and looking for a good insurance company best quote ive had is £715 am 25 six years no claims and no convictions.Car is a 97 catalunya what do u think is this good or bad.

£715 aint bad @ that age tbh assuming its fully comp. But as Acid says try Keith Michaels, A-plan, elephant and admiral! any others folks?

thats quite a good quote given that you are 25.

Try Greenlight (sympathetic to performance car/jap import owners) and A-Plan.

Scoobynet has a dedicated insurance sub-forum which I found quite helpful when I was taking insurance out on my RA.

Admiral r good and don't require a tracker which saves a bit and even gave me some free no claims for a second motor :-)

A-Plan all the way for me ....very mod friendly and cheap track day insurance..

Had a couple of cheaper quotes, Admiral and Greenlight (only by about £30 quid ) but the increase for mods was heavy ..

See he got a qoute for 715pounds.How much is your excess .My insurance for 05 jdm sti is 771 with ncb protected and 550 excess .What are other peoples excess like with owning a scoob??

That is with all mods, and windscreen etc............. []

About £200 cheaper than last year

I have Been with Privilege for 7 or more years .For me with 05 jdm sti it was cheaper to insure than 05 sti with ppp

cheers lads.My excess is £600 and it's with a company called endsleigh not to happy withthe excess so amon the hunt for another supplier.

i just left endsleigh to go with keith michaels and im 300 better off , im now £400 quid fully comp and thats with 6 points and mods []
