Has Anyone heard of a company called Vehiclelink?

As the title says folks, they keep phoning me and telling me that they have a number of buyers interested in my car and can arrange viewings for me this weekend if i sign up. It costs £99.99 and if they don't sell the car within 14days then they return the money.........also the viewers who come out to see it are not allowed to haggle the money in any way. I am gauranteed to get my money that i have advertised it at!

Is it just me or does it sound too good to be true?

There must be some history about them but i can't find anything at all on the web.

Chris, Don't part with any money - no matter how convincing this sounds, if you are selling a car it will sell on the trader website or locally I'm sure may take a month or two, but don't waste money on these telesales shams. You never heard of them, same with others, so where do they get these punters queuing up?

When I buy a car - I don't go through an 'agency' - live and learn - but these calls keep going?

This link explains all, when they phone me back i am going to give them abuse so they get the message!

I thought it was a con and reading all the comments made it sounds like a well organised/ thought out idea which is can only be described as common day Fraud!

These type of ***** should be hung as when they phone you its always "have you still got the car for sale ?" so you think there a buyer and don't hang up immediatley after telling them to get to france which is the only thing you should do.

Ask yourself if you were buying a car would you go to them to find it and have to part with the asking price ? I don't think so.
