jcscoob Posted July 26, 2006 Author Posted July 26, 2006 Thats wot i was thinking but wasnt sure about the hose sealing proper or if the sensor had to be in the air flow ! Now, will i put it on the throttle body side or the hard pipe side ? Ta[]
colin_ross Posted July 27, 2006 Posted July 27, 2006 Watch yourself with that Jon. Read more than a couple of threads about cheaply made sensors coming off and being drawn into the engine. There was one about 2 months ago on Scoobynet where the guy bought a cheapo one off of ebay and when he started a thread about loads of other people posted up to say the same thing had happened to them. When he complained to the company they told him it must have been his fault and all they would do is supply another sensor, they would not cover any damage it had done to his motor. Will try and find you the link for the group buy he set up (now finished unfortunately) afterwards to get a quality one when Snet is back up and running.
