FRANCE TRIP 16 SEPTEMBER - UPDATED WITH PLANS FOR THE DAY

[sn] Club diary seems to be free on Saturday 16 September so lets see if we can get this off the ground. Rather than sod about voting on how we get there, times etc etc I would suggest we do as ESC have done and set all this at the outset so if you want to come along then do, if not stay at home. Would propose the Shuttle at  [O] 07:58 (arrives 09:33 local) and return 21:33 (local) arriving back at 21:08. This gives us a good amount of time over there for a drive round, stopping for [D][pi][C] etc and shopping/duty frees on the way back .This is going to work out at £44 per car. Check-in is 30 minutes beforehand. Could I propose that we let this thread run for a month and then subject to interest we can then make our own bookings with Eurotunnel for those specific journeys. Subject to who's going, number of children etc we can decide how to spend the time there. I don't mind co-ordinating this ( I can't believe I just said that ) since its going to be down to you individually to make the bookings etc and ensure you have passports, correct travel documents etc etc. Please could we keep this thread sensible and relevant.
