chris_c201
Just looking for clarification on something...... The dipstick to the right of the turbo is your gearbox oil dipstick right? If yes then i need to top up my oil as its barely registering on it, next two questions - 1 - Do i just buy regular gearbox oil, any specific things to look for / avoid, where to get? 2 - Where is the filler and roughly how much should i need ? Cheers Chris Link to comment
dougster
75w 90 semi or fully synthetic oil (millers) and you need to fill it via the dipstick which is under your I/C on the turbo side. Link to comment

Cheers Doug, any tips on how to get it in there without spilling / removing intercooler, altho i have a Samco intercooler hose on the way, maybe do both at once....... Link to comment
dougster
You'll need a fairly long funnel to do a tidy job. Link to comment
johnnyr6
A big syringe will also work, plenty lying around the local parks...lol Other option as dougster said is a funnel but attatched to a hose or thin pipe. Link to comment
gus the bus
How much gear oil will I require for g.box and rear diff? IIRC it is 1 litre for diff and 3.5 litres for box??? Gus Link to comment
