Fee Posted May 30, 2006 Author Posted May 30, 2006 I need to build up some muscles to be able to drive it...it's so damn heavy!!
Fee Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 Impreza was finished yesterday.....after being home from work 5 minutes and checking it over its now back in the bodyshop! Why can people never get things right first time? Or am I just too fussy?
st3ph3n Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 You can never be too fussy Fee. Perfection must be attained!
Fee Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 my old flywheel that's just come off.... [:$] no wonder it was juddering!
chris_c201 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Few too many hard launches there Fee!! Your quite right to be fussy, you shouldn't be able to tell any work has been done, if its noticeable its not right!! Hope you get it sorted this time!
Fee Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 Quote Few too many hard launches there Fee!! Tell me about it!!! Doh! Picking it up again in an hour or so.....fingers crossed this time. Asked them to double check over it all as well before I get there as I don't have time to be standing around again as they try to polish bits out
chris_c201 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Same thing happened to me with my last car, was a Black RX8 and the guy was rinsing it when i arrived after dealing with a big scuff on the rear quarter (car park incident as usual!) Drove home and by that time it has all dried and there was a glue like residue everywhere and had to go all the way back for him to polish it up, wasn't amused! Well fingers crossed for you!
Fee Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 Had to wait for them to touch up a few bits....(shock) but it all seems ok now They were cleverly washing it as I arrived....maybe I'm cynical but that's a good way to hide any imperfections! It's bloody fantastic though....I get more excited everytime I drive it!
frank c Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Where did you get the work done Fee ?? Hope you don't mind me asking.. Frank.
